Last time we introduce you our FENGYI semi-trailer and this time we will introduce you how we manufacture it and more about our production technology. 

From blanking to final assembly, we all adopt intelligent manufacturing to increase the efficiency and make sure a stable quality.

We adopt laser cutting instead of plasma cutting to ensure a precision cutting with high acceleration and speed for the best finish. It has advantages over plasma cutting in accuracy and efficiency.

About the raw material, we use high quality steel and curtain to make sure our stable quality. The curtain are waterproof and endurance. German Cloos robot welding to highly increased the production efficiency and offer you a favorable delivery time.

When it comes to the coating, we applied the KTL electrophoresis and powder painting for the parts and frame which will have a longer life and uniform coating. This coating also anti-corrosion, wearproof, perfect and durable.
